About the Role

Concept Plus is seeking a skilled Full Stack Cloud Services Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native applications. This role requires hands-on expertise across the full development lifecycle, including front-end and back-end development, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices.

This role is fully onsite in Reston, VA (5 days per week required).

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and deploy full stack cloud-native applications and APIs

Build and maintain scalable backend services and responsive front-end interfaces

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing and deployment

Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform

Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes

Integrate and manage cloud-based databases, ensuring performance and reliability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and requirements

Ensure application security through best practices in IAM, encryption, and compliance

Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system performance across environments

Work within Linux-based environments for development and deployment activities

Required Qualifications

US Citizen

Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly Clearance

Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS, or Microsoft Azure

Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript (Node.js), or Go

Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab)

Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform

Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)

Strong database experience, including Oracle DB (SQL, NoSQL, PL/SQL)

Solid understanding of networking concepts, including virtual networks and protocols

Knowledge of cloud security principles, including IAM and encryption

Experience working in Linux environments

Proven ability to function as a full stack developer

BS in Computer Science

CompTIA Security+ certification

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building and deploying highly available, scalable cloud solutions

Familiarity with secure architecture design and compliance standards

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
