Maintenance Assistant
Claiborne Senior is seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Assistant to support the daily upkeep, safety, and appearance of our senior living community.

What You'll Do
Assist with routine maintenance and repair of building systems
Support preventative maintenance programs
Perform minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks
Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
Maintain grounds, common areas, and equipment
Follow safety and OSHA guidelines
Assist with emergency repairs as needed
Help maintain organized maintenance records
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED
1–3 years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred
Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Dependable and able to work independently
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Willingness to be flexible for occasional emergency response needs
