Job Description

Lead all field operations, schedules, and labor budgets

Direct site teams, subcontractors, and self-perform trades

Build strong relationships with owners, designers, and PMs

Control cost, quality, and safety using disciplined processes

Mentor and develop superintendents and field leaders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

10+ years' experience as a Superintendent on $7-200M projects

Background in K-12, industrial, or healthcare construction

Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and safety

Proven leader who motivates crews and partners effectively

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent
