Job description*:

- Oracle EPM Cloud –

- Planning and Forecasting (EPBCS)

- Profitability and Cost (PCMCS)

- Enterprise Data Management (EDM) or Oracle

- DRM on-premises

- Financial Close (FCCS)

- Account Reconciliation (ARCS)

- Participation in internal Knowledge Acquisition sessions (client specific)

- Response and Resolution of support tickets and tasks during steady state support adhering to SLAs/KPIs

- Provide high-profile business event support for month end close, quarter end close, yearly budgeting cycle and patch implementation with Oracle

- Documentation of deliverables as per support process

- Onsite-Offshore communication and work coordination

- SPOC for EPM track for Client Managers
