CNC Operator

CNC Operator (G-Code Programming Knowledge Required)

Set up and operate CNC shot peening machines

Ability to read and understand G-code programs

Perform first-piece inspections and ensure quality standards are met

Monitor machine performance

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Proven experience as a CNC Operator with G-code programming capability

Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Familiarity with common CNC controls (Fanuc)

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to stand for extended periods

Lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Perform repetitive tasks and safely operate machinery

This position will train on first, but ultimately be a second shift position

Second shift hours are Monday- Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am

Optional Weekend shift Friday Saturday Sunday 5am-5pm

Flexibility to work second shift, overtime, or weekends as required
