Tool Maker Craftsman or technical draftsman, purchase executive with training as toolmaker

In-depth knowledge of large-scale production and manufacturing

3+ years of experience developing injection molding tools, working with CAD systems, and designing tools and gauges in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry

Willingness for shift work

Knowledge:

Hydraulic system

CNC technology

EDV knowledge

Purpose of the Job:

To maintain an optimal equipment availability

This activity assumes a high measure of professional qualification and careful trading.

Main Tasks:

Maintenance, repair and change of injection-molding tools and cutting tools

Maintenance, repair and change of US welding, cutting, bonding plants and screwing devices

To develop teachings and auxiliary devices

Implementation of preventing measures according to EDV supported maintenance systems

Building alterations and optimizations of production facilities

To secure precise and traceable remarks / dealing with work in less time

Observing the security guidelines

Order and cleanliness at the work place
