We are currently seeking an experienced, reliable Lube Technician / Automotive Maintenance Specialist to join our professional team.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Hourly Base: $18.00 - $21.00/hour based on experience.

Sign-On Bonus: Available for experienced, reliable technicians (Paid out after a standard probationary period).

Key Responsibilities:

Perform fast, accurate, and high-quality oil changes, filter replacements, and chassis lubrication.

Conduct comprehensive multi-point vehicle inspections (fluid levels, battery health, tire pressure, belts, and wipers).

Communicate vehicle maintenance needs clearly and professionally to shop managers.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work bay.

Assist with general shop maintenance and minor automotive services as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous professional experience as a Lube Tech, Automotive Service Tech, or Quick-Lube Specialist is preferred.

Reliability: Consistent punctuality and strong attendance are required.

Work Ethic: Positive attitude, eager to work in a team environment, and motivated by performance incentives.

License: Valid Driver's License required to safely maneuver customer vehicles in and out of bays.
