The Berry Hill Resort & Conference Center—one of Virginia’s premier destinations for weddings, dining, and special events—is seeking a part-time Bartender to join our team. This role serves across our on-site restaurants and banquet operations, delivering exceptional service in a truly unique, historic setting.

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine, and thrives on creating memorable guest experiences while building lasting connections.

What You’ll Do:

Provide outstanding, timely service in both bar and table settings

Craft cocktails and deliver a memorable bar experience for every guest

Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems

Collaborate with Front Desk, Kitchen, and Sales teams on business levels, specials, and group events

What We’re Looking For:

Previous bartending and restaurant experience required

Strong time-management and multitasking abilities

Calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

A team-oriented mindset with a passion for guest service

Requirements:

Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
