Night Manager

The Night Manager role is responsible for general security on club property. The Night Manager will patrol club facilities and property to ensure safety of members, guests, team members, and the club's assets including property. The Night Manager will make timely written and oral reports, as required. Observes and enforces club safety rules and policies. The successful Night Manager will be confident and exude an authoritative presence while being hospitable and service focused.

Walk and secure the property after hours, including the Clubhouse, Golf Village, Maintenance building, and member lodging

Check the entry points of the property after hours

Conduct nightly patrols of The Tree Farm property

Check after hours deliveries

Check in with the opening and closing MODs

Ensure the Golf Village is secure and check the buildings are locked and secure

Monitor all fire pits are extinguished after usage

Enforce all property and team-related rules and regulations of The Tree Farm

Answer team member and member inquiries and assist as required

Monitor security camera system

Respond to emergency, fire alarms and break-in alarms and contact the Assistant General Manager and/or police in the event of a disturbance

Administer CPR, AED, and First Aid, if necessary

Patrol parking lots; prevent unauthorized vehicles and people from using parking lots

Maintain an accurate log of security activities

Conduct intermittent inspections of the clubhouse, grounds, and all other club facilities.

Make deliveries of packages, food and any other items as necessary after hours

All other work-related duties as assigned

Minimum of 2 years prior experience as a Security Officer or Security Guard required

Must have Valid driver's license

Must be 21 years old or older

Must be or be willing to become CPR, AED, and First Aid certified

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) as a minimum.

Good customer service and interpersonal skills

Excel, Word, and basic computer operations

Must be able to operate office and job-related equipment such as radios, alarms, check the alarms on the well system, address gate security, video equipment, etc.

Previous experience with the general public, especially in a private club setting

Understanding of Emergency 911 notification procedures

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing MOD end of shift reports.

Work cooperatively with others using tact, patience, and courtesy

Work with confidential data with discretion

Work independently and uphold a strict level of confidentiality and professional discretion
