Location : PUNE,Chennai - ( Hybrid)

Job description*:

• Cyara or any other IVR Automation experience

• Knowledge on Kubernetes/Docker

• Webservices Testing both SOAP and REST

• Good understanding of Agile & Jira tool

• Telecom/Cable Domain background and testing experience on IVR would be beneficial.

You will Support supervisor in requirement workshops/ current system study, analyze the, identify high level process/system changes, define and document the problem based on client and supervisor inputs.

Review/analyze requirements specifications from the business needs, support creation of to-be flows, configuration Sheets, specification documents, fit gap analysis documentation etc. and define/review detailed functional/process, infrastructure, security design.

Prepare/review the system appreciation documents, support the creation of client training material and conduct reverse knowledge transfer. Write test plans/cases, perform testing and resolve issues. Check Non-functional requirements of the system.

Provide inputs to supervisor on solution alternatives based on research and build proof-of-concepts. gather both technical and functional requirements, You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients’ business needs.

#Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 + years IT Experience with 3+ years in Testing and working on tools like ALM

• 2+ years Cyara or any other IVR Automation experience

• Experience in onshore/offshore coordination leading large onsite + offshore teams

• Good working understanding of Kubernetes/Docker

• Extensive experience in testing Webservices both SOAP and REST

• 2+ years’ experience writing complex SQL queries

• Extensive experience in working with Unix systems

• Good understanding of Agile & Jira tool
