Job description*:

HRSD Tech BA

• Business Analyst with over 7+ of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem, specializing in ITSM and HRSD modules.

• Need experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, solution design, and end-to-end implementation across multiple projects

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices, workflows, integrations, and platform customization, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and enhancing user experience. Committed to continuous learning and leveraging new ServiceNow capabilities to drive business value

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, and HRSD modules

• Design end-to-end solutions using ServiceNow best practices, ensuring scalability and minimal customization.

• Work closely with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation and timely delivery

• Support pre-sales activities, including client demos and solution presentations
