Location: Travelling, based in Prague, OK

Job Overview:

TerraWorks, LLC is looking for a motivated and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, possess a high school diploma or GED, and be able to pass a federal background check and regular drug screenings. This role involves performing general labor tasks to support site preparation, maintenance, and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general labor tasks, such as digging, lifting, cleaning, and moving materials at job sites.

Assist skilled workers and crew members with site preparation, setup, and cleanup.

Load and unload construction materials and equipment.

Follow instructions from supervisors and work closely with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Operate basic tools and equipment, ensuring proper use and maintenance.

Ensure job sites are kept clean and organized, adhering to safety guidelines.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or project manager.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Must be able to pass a federal background check and regular drug screenings.

Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Strong physical stamina, with the ability to lift heavy objects, work outdoors, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Must have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

Reliable transportation to job sites.

Must be willing to travel. This job will require multiple weeks (3-5) on the road at a time, with 7-10 days at home in-between

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in various weather conditions for extended periods.
