Job description*:

· P&S squad with Oracle knowledge, across Core HCM, Absence Time and Labour, Benefits and Compensation, Oracle Cloud Console (OCI). Also to support future enhancements eg Oracle Journeys, Oracle Knowledge, OTBI, HR Help Desk.

• provide resources with Oracle HCM certification and have a full rounded knowledge of the application (functional and technical)

• co-ordinate run and grow change IT Change Management activities

• maintain role level system data security

• Co-ordinate SSO (Single sign on) renewals when required

• Co-ordinate lower level environment refreshes including data masking where necessary (through OCI Console)

• Maintain system governance, in dialogue with Oracle around Penetration testing, SOC2, DR plans

• Keep up to date on any maintenance announcements provided by Oracle and communicate when necessary

• co-ordinate testing of any new relevant system releases provided by Oracle every quarter and liaise with business stakeholders

• creation and running of test automation (eg regression testing)

• provide resolution to any assigned Oracle incidents raised through ServiceNow

• co-ordinate the raising and resolution of ‘Service Requests’ through the MOS portal (My Oracle Support) when deemed necessary to escalate issues to Oracle direct.

• Creation and maintenance of down stream integrations, when deemed necessary
