A growing academic healthcare system in the Southeast is seeking a General ENT physician to join an established, community-based practice. This is a clinically focused, offering the opportunity to build and expand a high-demand practice with strong institutional support.

Position Highlights

Bread-and-butter ENT with a broad case mix (adult & pediatric patients)

High-growth opportunity supported by a strong referral base

Balanced schedule with clinic, OR, and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) time

Autonomy to build and scale own practice

Backed by a large ENT network offering mentorship and collaboration

MondayFriday clinical work schedule

Hospital call: 7 days per month, call responsibilities include phone consults, inpatient coverage, and minor procedures

Visa sponsorship available

Compensation & Incentives

Competitive base salary plus production (wRVU) model

Candidate Qualifications

MD or DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible

Open to AMG and FMG candidates
