Experience: 2–8 Years

Location: Hybrid/Onsite/Remote (as per project)

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy business applications using the Appian Low-Code Platform.

Build and maintain Appian Process Models, SAIL interfaces, Records, Reports, Sites, and Expression Rules.

Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP web services and APIs.

Design data models and work with Appian Records and relational databases.

Troubleshoot application issues and optimize application performance.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.

Prepare technical documentation and support production deployments.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with the Appian Platform.

SAIL Interfaces

Process Models

Expression Rules

Records

Reports and Dashboards

Appian Sites

Decision Rules

Knowledge of Appian object security and application deployment.

Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.

Good understanding of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).

Familiarity with JSON, XML, and web services.

Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Appian Certified Associate Developer or Senior Developer certification.

Experience with Appian plug-in development (Java).

Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Knowledge of BPM concepts and workflow automation.
