At Eastland, we take pride in our employees and our residents. We look for the best in staff members and ensure proper communication to continue our 5-Star legacy. Our facility is 93 beds, with a memory care unit. We work close with families and provide proper training for our staff members.

Our STNA shifts are 12 hours, with flexibility on schedules and shifts. We also ensure safe patient-to-staff ratios.
