Professor Luxi Shen's research team is seeking a qualified Research Assistant to support various research projects. This position requires meticulous attention to detail with a disciplined work ethic, and commitment to rigorous research standards.

Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's or a Master's degree, preferably in Social Science such as Psychology or Economics; (ii) previous Research Assistant experience in a psychology or behavioral economics laboratory; (iii) training in empirical research methods, including conducting laboratory and field studies; (iv) proficiency in English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese); (v) good computer skills including programming capabilities, photo processing, and video editing; (vi) highly organised and methodical work approach; (vii) the capacity to work diligently on detailed tasks for extended periods; (viii) reliability and consistency in teamwork; (ix) the ability to follow precise protocols and instructions; and (x) interest in academic research in behavioral science.

The appointee will be responsible for (a) organising and executing data collection activities for funded research projects; (b) maintaining detailed records and documentation of research procedures; (c) providing administrative support for research operations; and (d) performing other duties as assigned by Professor Shen.

Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for one year commencing August 2025, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
