Mount Carmel Health Systemone of Central Ohios largest healthcare networksis seeking a dedicated OBGYN Laborist Physician to join our team and provide exceptional care in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Position Highlights

Employment Status: 0.9 FTE

Schedule Options:

Standard: Three 12-hour shifts per week

Optional: One 24-hour shift plus one 12-hour shift for those who prefer longer blocks

No Outpatient Responsibilities: Focus exclusively on inpatient obstetrics and gynecology

Hospital Locations:

Mount Carmel St. Anns -(OSU OB/GYN residents)- Level III nursery, ~3,500 deliveries/year

Mount Carmel East - (Nurse Midwives) -Level III nursery, ~2,000 deliveries/year

Mount Carmel Grove City -(OSU OB/GYN residents)-Level II, ~1500 deliveries/year

Team Environment: Work alongside experienced OBGYNs, midwives, anesthesiologists, and neonatologists

24/7 MFM Support: Continuous maternal-fetal medicine coverage for complex cases

Academic Affiliation: It is essential that you are open to teaching and mentoring residents through our partnership with OSU OBGYN Residency on the Mt. Carmel St. Anns Hospital or Mt. Carmel Grove City Campuses.

Technology: Access to Da Vinci robotic surgery at all campuses
