Training Support Analyst (Hybrid White Plains, NY) \n Schedule: Monday-Friday 7.5-hour workday\n Duration: 12-Month W2 Contract\n Start Date: Immediate\n \n About the Opportunity\n Our client is seeking a highly organized Training Support Analyst to help deliver impactful technical learning and workforce development programs across a large organization.

This position plays a key role in coordinating training operations, supporting program managers and technical instructors, and ensuring employees have a seamless learning experience.\n \n Key Responsibilities\n\n Coordinate the logistics for instructor-led, virtual, and facility-based technical training programs.\n Maintain training calendars, schedules, and departmental SharePoint sites supporting multiple learning programs.\n Assist with the development and implementation of structured technical learning pathways and curriculum plans.\n Prepare classrooms, training facilities, equipment, instructional materials, and participant resources.\n Coordinate participant registration, enrollment, attendance tracking, and training documentation.\n Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration and maintain accurate learning records.\n Assist engineering and training leadership with identifying Continuing Education Unit (CEU) and Professional Development Hour (PDH) eligible training aligned with technical career pathways.\n Coordinate multiple training events simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and program objectives are met.\n\n \n Qualifications\n\n Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.\n 2-4 years of experience coordinating corporate training programs, workforce development initiatives, learning events, or employee development programs.\n Experience supporting technical, engineering, operational, or workforce training programs is strongly preferred.\n Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.\n Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.\n Experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Microsoft Copilot, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.\n Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training technologies.\n Familiarity with SharePoint is preferred.\n Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.\n PMP certification is a plus but not required.\n\n \n Work Environment\n This is a hybrid position based in White Plains, NY.

Candidates should reside within the Tri-State area and be available to work onsite at least three days per week, with additional onsite days as business needs require.\n \n Employees work from dedicated onsite workstations and remotely access their work environment from personal equipment during approved hybrid workdays.

Candidates must have reliable internet access and an appropriate home workspace.
