Current providers include two Physicians and one Advance Practice Provider
Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients and the community extremely well

Primary care for patients of all ages; average 20-25 patients per day
Call schedule requirement: Provider takes second call if needed after initial MyNurse triage
Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
Provide the best outcome for every patient every time
Hospital rounding in a local community hospital (newborn to adult) is an option, but not requiredRequirements
MD or DO
Board Certified in Family Medicine
Hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine and surgery in the State of Illinois
Eligible to work in the United States
