Perform data processing, ingestion, quality review, and production using Relativity Desktop Client (RDC)

Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate to RelativityOne support when needed

Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and vendors on eDiscovery workflows and best practices

Train and support legal staff on Relativity functionality and new features

Maintain current knowledge of Relativity updates, analytics tools (Active Learning, Assisted Review), and AI features

Ensure data security, confidentiality, and EDRM compliance on all matters

Strong understanding of eDiscovery workflows and the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)

Proficiency with Relativity Desktop Client, Processing Sets, and .DAT/.OPT load file modification

Familiarity with SQL databases, Windows Server, and basic scripting a strong plus

Excellent communication skills — able to work fluently with both legal and IT teams

Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
