Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud SME with expertise in cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, and Azure platform services. The ideal candidate will lead cloud transformation initiatives, design secure and scalable Azure solutions, implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automate deployments using DevOps best practices. This role requires strong experience in Azure architecture, security, networking, Kubernetes, and cloud cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives, including Lift & Shift, Re-platforming, and Re-architecting of on-premises applications to Microsoft Azure.

Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure using Azure Virtual Machines, App Services, AKS, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB.

Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM Templates, Bicep, and Terraform.

Configure and manage Azure networking components, including VNets, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Load Balancers, and Network Security Groups.

Implement Azure identity and security solutions using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), RBAC, Key Vault, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and Microsoft Sentinel.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions to automate infrastructure and application deployments.

Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

Required Skills

8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Azure cloud experience.

Strong expertise in Azure Compute, Networking, Storage, Identity Management, and Database services.

Experience with cloud migration strategies and Azure modernization projects.

Hands-on experience with ARM Templates, Bicep, and Terraform.

Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), and CI/CD automation.

Experience with PowerShell and Azure CLI scripting.

Good understanding of Azure security, governance, monitoring, and compliance.
