Operate, monitor, and care for manufacturing equipment to drive safe, efficient output and top-tier quality.Schedule
Shift 7AM-5:30PMPrimary responsibilities
Set up and run machines in alignment with production orders and safety rules
Monitor performance; recognize irregularities and act promptly
Stage raw materials; unload and handle finished goods
Inspect parts to confirm conformance to quality standards
Make minor adjustments and resolve small machine issues
Conduct routine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, inspections)
Document production counts, scrap, and quality checks
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
Adhere to all PPE and safety proceduresQualifications
Prior machine operation/manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to read basic work instructions, blueprints, or specifications
Experience with common hand tools and measuring instruments preferred
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
