Positions We Commonly Hire

Production Operators, Extrusion & Stranding Operators

Set up and operate extrusion, stranding, beaming, and respooling equipment.

Load raw materials, copper reels, and production components.

Monitor machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.

Measure, label, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.

Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate concerns to supervisors.

Work with forklifts, carts, and overhead lifting equipment (training provided where applicable).

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Typical Work Schedule

1st Shift

Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM Friday 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM

2nd Shift

Monday–Thursday, 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM
