Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 + Vehicle Allowance + Comprehensive Benefits

Our client, a well-established commercial general contractor, is looking to hire an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their growing team in Columbus, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage commercial construction projects from groundbreaking through to completion.

Oversee all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.

Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve any site issues.

Ensure quality control and compliance with all safety regulations.

Work closely with Project Managers, clients, and design teams throughout the construction process.

Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.

Experience managing projects valued between $5M-$50M+ preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Excellent knowledge of scheduling, safety, and quality control.

OSHA 30 certification is preferred.

Stable work history with a commercial general contractor.
