Job Description
Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
Lead sales, quoting, and proposal development efforts.
Coordinate preconstruction activities and design collaboration with clients, architects, and Butler Manufacturing.
Manage project documentation, RFIs, and stakeholder communication.
Support project execution, material coordination, and issue resolution from planning through completion.
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
2+ years of experience in commercial construction, pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB), manufacturing, or a similar industry.
Familiarity with Butler Manufacturing systems and PEMB projects is a plus.
Knowledge of construction sales, estimating, preconstruction planning, and project coordination.
Strong communication and relationship management skills with a customer-focused approach.
Able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project management capabilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
Self-motivated problem solver who works well independently and across cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, project support, and industry events as needed.
Ability to read, interpret, and navigate construction drawings and specifications.
