We are hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) for temporary contract opportunities at correctional healthcare facilities throughout California. This position is ideal for compassionate, reliable professionals who are committed to delivering quality patient care in a secure clinical environment.

Minimum Requirements

- Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License.

- At least 12 months of paid LVN experience within the last 3 years providing direct patient care in a public or private healthcare setting.

- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Job Responsibilities

- Deliver direct nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician.

-Administer medications and monitor patient responses.

- Observe, assess, and document patient conditions.

- Assist with medical procedures, treatments, and diagnostic testing.

- Collect specimens and maintain accurate medical records.

- Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and mental health professionals.

- Educate patients on health management and treatment plans.

- Ensure proper infection control and maintain medical equipment.

- Follow all facility policies and nursing standards.
