Project Engineer
Support Project Managers throughout all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout. Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation. Assist with project scheduling, cost tracking, and coordination efforts. Collaborate with field teams and occasionally visit project sites to support execution. Participate in structured training and development programs designed to accelerate growth.
A successful Project Engineer should have: 1+ years of construction experience on commercial projects. Experience supporting healthcare, industrial, or education projects preferred. Exposure to projects valued at $5M+ preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus. Proactive, positive, and eager to develop into a future leader.
Salary: $72,000 - $90,000 + bonus 7.5% bonus potential and 3 weeks PTO. Defined career progression from Project Engineer to Project Manager and beyond. Exposure to high-profile projects with a company committed to employee development.
