We are seeking a dedicated CNA Certified Nursing Assistant to join our frontline care team and provide essential support, comfort, and dignity to our residents.

As a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant on our team, your core duties will include:

Direct Care: Provide comprehensive Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility/transfers.

Clinical Monitoring: Proactively observe residents and promptly report any physical, mental, or emotional changes to the charge nurse.

Documentation: Accurately complete all required electronic records regarding resident care and observations in a timely manner.

Environment & Compliance: Maintain clean, safe, and organized living spaces for residents while adhering strictly to state, federal, and facility guidelines.

To qualify for the role of CNA Certified Nursing Assistant, candidates must possess:

License: Must hold an active Wisconsin CNA Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing and pass background checks.

Education & Tech: High School Diploma or equivalent, plus basic computer knowledge for charting.

Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team.

Experience: Long-term care experience is preferred, but we warmly welcome new graduates!
