Lead field operations, schedules, manpower planning, and project execution on projects ranging from $7M-$200M. Direct subcontractors, self-perform teams, and site personnel to achieve quality, safety, and schedule goals. Build strong relationships with owners, architects, project managers, and trade partners. Manage project budgets, labor productivity, cost controls, and short-interval scheduling. Mentor field staff and drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and safety excellence. The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have: Proven Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects. Experience delivering education, industrial, healthcare, or large-scale commercial projects. Strong background managing field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Proactive, growth-oriented professional seeking long-term career advancement.

What's On Offer
