Machine Operator

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate has experience in a production environment, takes pride in producing quality work, and is committed to showing up every day ready to contribute. Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently.

Read and accurately use a tape measure to ensure parts meet specifications. This is a critical requirement for the position.

Perform quality inspections throughout the production process.

Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules.

Keep work areas clean and organized.

Assist with material handling and other production tasks as needed. Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.

Must be able to accurately read a tape measure. This skill will be evaluated during the hiring process.

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work History Requirements
