Brookfield Elementary School is seeking a Special Education Interventionist to provide targeted support to students receiving special education services.
The Special Education Interventionist delivers academic and social-emotional interventions to students with disabilities in a supportive elementary school environment.
This position requires a valid Vermont Educator License in elementary education or special education, or the ability to obtain licensure.
The interventionist will manage a caseload of approximately 10 students, develop and implement instruction aligned with students' Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in collaboration with the Special Educator, work closely with classroom teachers and families, and monitor student progress.
The role is focused on fostering student growth, independence, and success through evidence-based instructional practices and positive behavioral supports.
