WAITER/WAITRESS

Minimum Education: High School Diploma/Ged

Greet and seat customers, present menus, answer questions, make suggestions.

Take orders manually or via POS, send to kitchen/bar.

Serve food and beverages, including specialty dishes at tables.

Prepare itemized checks and collect payments.

Ensure customer satisfaction and address issues promptly.

Clean tables, reset place settings, stock supplies, ensure tidy customer areas.

Perform general cleaning: sweep/mop floors, tidy dining area/restrooms.
