Job description, duties and responsibilities
We are looking for a new colleague to join our established team in the role of Service Advisor. The main responsibilities of this role include:
• independently accepting bookings for lorries requiring repairs and routine servicing
• communicating with customers
• booking and scheduling service appointments
• monitoring and coordinating the progress of repairs
• invoicing for repairs carried out
• advising customers
• representing the dealership in dealings with customers (after-sales services)
Working hours are organised into 12-hour shifts, alternating between short and long weeks.
The place of work is at the Scania service centre in Senec.
Personal requirements and skills
Experience in a similar role within the automotive sector is essential
Excellent communication skills, customer focus
Ability to work as part of a team, ability to handle crisis situations
Fluency in Slovak language is essential
Independence, responsibility
Knowledge of motor vehicle construction
Category B driving licence
IT skills: proficiency in MS Office at a minimum intermediate level
Completed secondary education with a school-leaving certificate

Salary conditions
Basic salary of at least €1,700 (gross) per month, depending on experience of the candidate / plus monthly payments based on the bonus scheme applicable to the role
