Enterprise IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Title: Enterprise IT Infrastructure Project Manager (PMP Preferred)\n Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid/Onsite)\n Duration: Long-Term Contract\n Interview: Microsoft Teams\n Job Description\n We are seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and manage complex infrastructure and enterprise technology initiatives for a large government organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure projects, cloud migrations, cybersecurity initiatives, and cross-functional teams while following established project management methodologies.\n Responsibilities\n\n Lead multiple enterprise IT infrastructure and business solution projects from initiation through closure.\n Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, quality, communications, procurement, staffing, and change management plans.\n Coordinate infrastructure modernization initiatives including server migrations, end-of-life remediation, and data center consolidation projects.\n Manage Azure or AWS cloud deployments, Microsoft 365/Exchange migrations, and hybrid cloud initiatives.\n Oversee disaster recovery planning, implementation, and testing.\n Lead cybersecurity and regulatory compliance projects.\n Facilitate stakeholder meetings, executive presentations, and status reporting.\n Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery.\n Promote PMO best practices, mentor project teams, and contribute to statewide project management standards.\n Prepare project closeout documentation and lessons learned.\n\n Required Qualifications\n\n 7+ years of project management experience leading infrastructure-centric IT initiatives, including server migrations, end-of-life remediation, and data center consolidations.\n 5+ years of Infrastructure Project Management experience.\n 2+ years managing Azure or AWS deployments, cloud migrations, and Microsoft 365/Exchange projects.\n 2+ years leading Disaster Recovery projects in hybrid or cloud environments.\n 2+ years managing IT/Cybersecurity projects with emphasis on information security, risk management, and regulatory compliance.\n Experience working in large, complex, highly regulated enterprise environments.\n 5+ years of experience using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management methodologies.\n 5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.\n Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.\n\n Preferred Qualifications\n\n PMP Certification.\n Experience with Broadcom Clarity EPPM.\n Government or public sector project management experience.\n\n
