Crane Operator

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Crane Operator to operate mobile cranes at industrial job sites across the U.S. This role requires NCCCO certification, a CDL Class B (or higher), and a strong focus on safety. Candidates must be able to travel and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Operate mobile cranes to lift and move heavy materials and equipment

• Transport crane to job sites and perform setup using mats, cribbing, and blocks

• Work with riggers and signal persons to ensure safe lifting operations

• Assemble/disassemble crane booms when required

• Conduct daily, monthly, and pre-/post-trip equipment inspections

• Maintain driver logs in compliance with FMCSA and company policy

• Support job site safety and assist with general labor as needed

• Communicate with office staff regarding project progress and equipment updates

Requirements:

• NCCCO certification or equivalent – Required

• CDL Class B (or higher) – Required

• 3 years Experience - Preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Familiarity with OSHA and ANSI crane operation and rigging standards

• Pass a drug screening and background check

• Lift/move up to 60 lbs and work in all weather conditions

• Ability to travel

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• CDL Class A

• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills

• Previous experience with rigging or heavy equipment
