Global Tax Contract Manager

This is your opportunity to join an international group on an exciting transformation journey and play a key role in shaping a scalable and efficient Global Tax Operating Model.

We are looking for a Global Tax Contract Manager to join our Global Tax team in Randers. You will report directly to the Head of Global Tax and become part of a highly skilled team covering Direct Tax, Transfer Pricing and Indirect Tax.

This is a unique role combining indirect tax knowledge, stakeholder management and operational excellence. You will be responsible for managing outsourced tax service providers across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring high-quality tax compliance delivery, driving process improvements and supporting the Group's indirect tax compliance and reporting activities. The position offers a broad international interface and significant exposure to stakeholders across Finance, Tax and external service providers.

Your role and responsibilities

As Global Tax Contract Manager, you will work closely with colleagues across Global Tax, Finance and external tax providers worldwide. Your main responsibilities will include:

Managing relationships and contracts with external tax service providers across multiple jurisdictions

Monitoring service delivery and ensuring compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), performance measures and quality standards

Acting as the primary interface between Global Tax and external service providers on delivery, performance and issue resolution

Supporting the execution and maintenance of governance processes, controls and performance monitoring related to outsourced indirect and direct tax services

Driving transparency regarding service quality, performance and costs

Identifying and implementing opportunities for standardisation, optimisation and continuous improvement of tax processes and service delivery

Participating in projects aimed at improving tax compliance processes, reporting quality and the global operating model

Supporting indirect tax compliance activities, including reporting controls and validation of e.g. VAT reporting and excise duties

Supporting tax audits and interactions with tax authorities

The role combines operational responsibility with continuous improvement and gives you the opportunity to play a key role in ensuring high-quality tax service delivery, strong service provider governance and compliance with global tax processes and standards.

Your profile

We are looking for a structured and collaborative professional with a strong interest in tax processes, stakeholder management and operational excellence.

You likely have:

A bachelor’s or master’s degree within Tax, Accounting, Finance or a related field

Experience managing external providers, vendors or complex stakeholder relationships

Experience working with indirect tax, tax compliance processes and finance operations

Experience working with multinational organisations and shared service centers is considered an advantage

A practical and hands-on approach combined with strong analytical skills

Experience working with ERP systems and data. SAP experience is considered an advantage

Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across functions and cultures

Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).
