Full administrative, clinical, and operational support Leadership Duties

Leadership experience strongly preferred

ABEM/AOBEM: board certified or board eligible preferred

Support the facility medical director in overseeing ED operations and clinical performance

Provide guidance to the team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care

Monitor patient outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives that enhance care, quality and efficiency
