• Completed Matric/Grade 12 certificate (essential).

• In the process of studying or completed a diploma or degree.

• Fluent in English and an African language.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Have an understanding of the Treating Customers Fairly principles, and exemplifies these principles in all business interactions.

• Candidates with previous call centre experience and a proven track record in selling funeral insurance products will have a distinct advantage.
