Production Operator 2nd Shift

We’re seeking a Production Operator 2nd Shift to support our client, a manufacturing company specializing in high-precision machining. This on-site temporary-to-permanent role is based in Two Rivers, WI. Join a team responsible for operating machinery, ensuring quality, and maintaining production schedules.

Production Operator 2nd Shift Responsibilities:

Operate machining equipment to produce parts according to manufacturing procedures.

Accurately measure and inspect parts using gauges and visual checks during production runs.

Maintain detailed production logs, labels, and quality records.

Follow blueprints, routings, and method instructions precisely.

Perform routine pre- and post-operation machine maintenance and cleaning.

Production Operator 2nd Shift Qualifications:

Prior experience in manufacturing or production is preferred; entry-level considered.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs continuously.

Comfortable performing in-process inspections and documenting results.

Ability to read job routings, blueprints, and follow safety protocols.

Good attendance, strong work ethic, and reliable self-motivation.
