Vertical & Horizontal Machining Centers
Manual Mills & Lathes
Surface Grinders
Cylindrical Grinders
Press Brakes
Shears
Drill Presses
Band Saws
Plasma Cutting Machines
Oxy-Fuel Cutting Equipment
Laser Cutting Machines
Punch Presses
Roll Forming Equipment
Robotic Manufacturing Equipment
General Production Machinery Job Responsibilities
Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
Set up and operate machines according to work instructions (experience dependent)
Read blueprints, drawings, work orders, and production schedules
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and gauges
Load and unload materials into machines
Perform routine machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting
Maintain accurate production records
Keep work areas clean and organized using 5S principles
Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety policies
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals Qualifications
Previous machine operating experience preferred
Manufacturing or industrial experience required
Ability to read measuring tools and perform basic math
Blueprint reading is a plus
Strong mechanical aptitude
Excellent attention to detail
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Overtime may be required depending on production needs Physical Requirements
Lift up to 50 pounds
Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
Comfortable working around industrial machinery Required PPE
Steel-toe boots
Safety glasses
Hearing protection
Gloves (as required)
Long pants
