Nephrology Physician

Key Responsibilities:

Full-time permanent position

Diagnose and manage CKD, ESRD, AKI, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and glomerular disease

Provide inpatient consults and maintain outpatient clinic

Oversee dialysis care (inpatient, in-center HD, and home modalities)

Collaborate with hospitalists, intensivists, and primary care teams

Participate in shared call rotation ( 10 days/month)
