IT Field Tech (Dallas) Part-Time

We are hiring a part-time IT Support Specialist to assist with day-to-day technical support needs for clients and internal users. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable troubleshooting a variety of technology issues.

Pay ranges from 22/hr. – 32/hr., based on experience.

Required Experience:

Providing in-person and remote technical support

Troubleshooting Windows computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices

Setting up new computers, user accounts, email, and software

Basic networking knowledge, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity

Troubleshooting internet, printer, email, and login issues

Installing and configuring hardware and software

Managing passwords, user access, and basic Microsoft 365 support

Mounting and connecting monitors, workstations, printers, and other office equipment

Organizing and labeling IT equipment, cables, and network areas

Ability to use basic hand tools and lift up to 30–50 pounds as needed

Must be detail-oriented, professional, and able to communicate clearly with non-technical users. Must be able to work independently, document completed work, and provide quality service without cutting corners.

This is a part-time position with flexible weekday availability. Occasional after-hours work may be available depending on project needs.
