We are seeking a BIM Coordinator with Architectural background for a BIM Coordinator role, working for a multi-office architectural firm.

*This role is a FULLY ONSITE role working in Dallas, TX.

Role:

The BIM Coordinator will focus on project-level BIM execution and team enablement to ensure successful implementation of BIM processes and standards. The primary responsibility of this role will be to enable first, providing direct support to project teams while ensuring adherence to established BIM protocols and maintaining high-quality model standards. This role serves as the hands-on bridge between BIM strategy and daily project execution, embedded with project teams to optimize workflows and resolve technical challenges.

*Fully ONSITE position located in Dallas, TX.

Deliverables/Metrics:

Execute BIM Execution Plans and ensure project-level adherence to established BIM standards and protocols

Maintain and optimize BIM models throughout project lifecycle while ensuring quality and consistency

Provide real-time technical support and troubleshooting for project teams and BIM-related workflows

Coordinate model management, clash detection, and issue resolution activities for assigned projects

Support project teams through training, guidance, and best practice implementation

Monitor project BIM performance and provide feedback for continuous process improvement

Requirements & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

1-5 years of experience in BIM coordination or related architectural roles

Autodesk Certification in Revit preferred

Proficient in BIM software and tools (Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM360, AutoCAD)

Strong understanding of BIM processes, standards, and coordination workflows

Experience with clash detection, model coordination, and issue resolution

Knowledge of architectural/engineering design processes and construction documentation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated proficiency in Revit modeling, family creation, and project coordination

Experience with Common Data Environments and cloud-based collaboration

Experience providing technical support and training to project teams

Proven ability to work independently while maintaining quality and deadline requirements
