Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Swedish speaking Customer Service Representative for their office in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Position: Customer Service Representative (Swedish)

Location: Larnaca, Cyprus

Work model: On-site

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Competitive salary package

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide customer support and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and social media channels

Assist customers with questions related to financial products, payments and account services

Investigate customer queries and provide accurate, solution-oriented assistance

Maintain professional and high-quality communication across all customer interactions

Accurately document customer cases and relevant information

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams

Meet defined quality and productivity KPIs

Deliver customer support in line with internal processes and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native or fluent Swedish speaker

Good command of English

Completed secondary education

Previous customer service experience is an advantage

Good computer and technology skills

Strong customer interaction and problem-solving abilities

Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure

Friendly, reliable and customer-oriented personality

Clean criminal record

Willingness to relocate to and work on-site in Larnaca, Cyprus

Flexibility to work rotational schedules, including weekends.
