Description:

To support the logistics and supply chain function by assisting with transportation coordination, inventory management, documentation, warehouse operations, and administrative activities while gaining practical experience in logistics processes and supply chain operations.

Salary:

Negotiable Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating the movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses and customers.

Monitor deliveries and follow up with transporters to ensure timely shipments.

Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, including delivery notes, invoices, purchase orders, goods received vouchers (GRVs), and proof of delivery (POD).

Capture logistics and inventory data accurately into ERP or inventory management systems.

Assist with stock receiving, issuing, and reconciliation activities.

Participate in periodic stock counts and inventory audits.

Support warehouse operations by ensuring proper storage and handling of goods.

Track inventory levels and report stock shortages or discrepancies.

Liaise with suppliers, transporters, clearing agents, and internal departments regarding deliveries and shipments.

Monitor vehicle schedules and assist with transport planning where required.

Ensure all logistics documentation complies with company policies and statutory requirements.

Assist in procurement administration and supplier record management.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.

Maintain accurate filing systems for logistics and procurement documentation.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department.

Adhere to company health, safety, and environmental policies. Key Skills:

Report submission within deadlines. Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Transport Management, Business Management, or a related field.

Recent graduate or up to one year of relevant work experience.
