Trainee Farm Manager - Out of Harare

We are looking for a Trainee Farm Manager in Mutare to join our client's team.

Salary and Benefits:

USD 500 Gross plus Accommodation

Responsibilities:

Assist with planting, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting.

Supervise farm workers and daily operations.

Monitor crop health, pest control, and equipment maintenance.

Support record-keeping, budgeting, and reporting.

Participate in budgeting and resource allocation

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key Skills:

2 to 3 years' Experience in an Agriculture set up Experience in Banana Farming an added advantage

Good communication and leadership skills.

Willingness to work on a farm set up

Computer literate

Qualifications:

Class 1 Diploma/degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field.
