Enko Education is recruiting an experienced, qualified and passionate bilingual French-English Mathematics Teacher to join our Enko Bamako school.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate :

has at least three years of experience teaching mathematics;

is fluent in English and able to teach mathematics confidently in English;

has experience teaching international curricula, particularly the International Baccalaureate (IB) or another equivalent programme;

holds a relevant degree in the subject taught or a related field;

is committed to continuous professional development and willing to take part in teacher training programmes;

is open-minded, adaptable, and eager to work in an international educational environment;

is open-minded, adaptable and eager to grow within an international learning environment;

is comfortable using digital tools and able to work independently with online learning platforms;

shares our commitment to providing African students with access to high-quality international education;

is resourceful and able to thrive in a demanding educational environment where resources may be limited;

is legally authorised to work in Mali.

Recruitment process

Teacher recruitment at Enko Education follows a dedicated selection process called GEM (Germinating Educational Masters).

Although the 2026 GEM recruitment campaign officially closed in April, we are offering selected candidates the opportunity to participate in an exceptional fast-track process, which will be conducted entirely online.

The process will run from 30 July to 5 August 2026 and will include the following stages, designed to assess your potential while supporting your professional and personal development:

pedagogical multiple-choice assessment;

Cognitive, learning-style and personality tests

Written assignment, language test

video submission;

30-minute individual interview;

group discussion with other candidates.

A few days before the process begins, you will receive detailed information about the online platform, instructions for each stage, the assessment schedule and the necessary equipment. You will need access to a computer and a stable internet connection.

Please note that you must be available for the full day from 30 July to 4 August 2026.

Applications will be reviewed on 5 August 2026, and your attendance will not be required on that day. You will receive the final outcome of your application by the end of the day
