Pizza Week is a growing restaurant brand dedicated to delivering quality food and outstanding customer experiences. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to support our restaurants and corporate team in Philadelphia, PA.

Position Summary

The HR Manager will oversee daily human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and compliance with company policies. This role requires a proactive professional who enjoys building strong teams and creating a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment and hiring process for restaurant and office positions

Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Support managers with performance management and employee development

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Address employee relations matters professionally and confidentially

Assist with benefits administration and HR policy implementation

Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention

Partner with leadership to support company growth and workforce planning

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, or food service

Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office

SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
