Role Overview

The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations while partnering with management to recruit, develop, and retain talented employees. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with employment regulations and fostering a productive, employee-focused work environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment and hiring for restaurant and corporate positions

Manage onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation

Serve as a resource for managers regarding employee relations and workplace concerns

Maintain HR records and ensure confidentiality of personnel information

Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws

Support performance evaluation and employee development programs

Assist with benefits administration and HR policy updates

Recommend strategies to improve employee engagement and retention

Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and staffing needs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

3+ years of Human Resources experience

Hospitality, restaurant, or retail HR experience is highly desirable

Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Experience working with HRIS software and Microsoft Office

SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent certification is an advantage
